Landscape design for a new house designed by Edwin J. Pease. The 116 acre property on the Chickahominy River features a tree-lined entry drive and parking court, two garden courtyards in the front and a brick walled cutting garden overlooking the river. The project also included a landscape plan for an associated rental house.

Site plan for the new Student and Academic Services Building. A large plaza and walkways connect the building to the campus while protecting existing stands of trees. Stone retaining and seating walls utilize the existing design vocabulary of the campus. Assisted with presentation drawings, grading plan and construction documents.

A new courtyard design for a previously underused space outside the museum. The design includes a multi-use seating and performance area, brick and stone garden walls and richly planted garden beds. Developed grading and planting plan and drafted details and construction documents.

Master plan for a 300-acre estate with a new house overlooking farmland and a glacial lake. The site features trails and gardens connecting guest quarters, a boathouse, stables and farm buildings. Assisted with site analysis, master plan and planting plans.
